I have decided to raise the reward for the player who deals at less that £20 to a staggering two pints!

2 whole pints?

TWO WHOLE PINTS?

For over a year it has been 1 pint. Why have you suddenly changed your mind?

The increase is due to the fact that it is almost time for the Tulloch Inverness Highland Games (www.invernesshighlandgames.com) and upon checking last year's diary for a tel number I saw a note that I had offered a whole pint. So I have decided to make this an annual thing. A pint a year until the baton is passed etc etc

I might have to do a "roll of honour" on who's missed out on a possible pint...or 2! :)

The collective name for so many who do not take the offer is "Endemols" which translates from Dutch to "Cowardly Bustards" or something like that.

Dont be an Endemol - take the record!

OK, here goes: No-dealers of £19.99 or less since 1st Feb '06! :)

John G - £8 (can be forgiven as it was the first round!)
Barbara (1) - £3
Janet - £2.50
Dave E - £1.50
Tan - £1.99
Raj (2) - 64p
Scott - £7.10
Sally - 21p
Emi - £3.99
Howard - 75p
Madeleine - £1.45
Steve (3) - £12
Sue (2) - £1.49
Dennis - £5.25
Andrew (2) - £3.50
Tony (2) - £4.99
Kirsty (2) - £19.99 (the banker evn pointed out it would be the lowest ever deal!) ;-)
Steve (5) - £3.75
Frazer - £17

That excludes (except John G, I couldn't be bothered to look) - those who have had an early joke offer of less than £20, and also those who would have been offered less after dealing! :D

So that's 18 people who could have done it, excluding early joke offers.

It would have been funny if the record had been broken by a penny... Unfortunately most people don't tend to retain much sense of humour when their game ends that badly, but who knows, maybe it will happen eventually!

I was also wondering whether anyone could have actually prevented Geordie from having the record in the first place... but the £20 offer was actually the lowest ever in active play at the time, beating 1p Nick's £30 final offer! The lowest deal before that was £1,000!

Sooner or later a forum member will get on the show,

Yes, could happen very soon, who knows?

I do wish Tony, steve and frazer had all dealt to beat the banker for a joke though with their offers as that would have been legendary.. I don't blame Kirsty for no dealing as it seemed stupid and forceda nd she'd just had one of the biggest crashes ever. i can see why Emi and Howard no dealt but most people on that list should have taken the offers.

I'd love it if it were to happen in the next two weeks.

I would make being a member of this forum an essential part of being on the show myself.

For example I think Me(n)tal Mickey and KP and Mr Al would be a classic shows if they can manage to keep them sober long enough.Lucasta, Rob, KP, greeny, Adam L, daniel4389, h2005, Billy, TOM22 and your good self....the list is endless

Unfortunatley no one will beat Georgie's record coz he bottled it, we all know that and to be honest no one deserves to beat it coz Geordie was a huge cockk

The only thing I didnt do in the chair was bottle it - I played the Game exactly as I had said I would (despite difficult circumstances) and made a 400% profit for the Highland Hospice.

Thanks for trying to reignite the character assassination - I am sure everyone is as bored with that tactic as I am

OK Pam, you go and sit in the chair, watch as all your dreams fall apart around you and feel as though you want to ground to open up and swallow you. Geordie was not a cock, he was playing with an incredibly painful game and, for the most part, made the best of it with a £20 Deal because he is famed for that.

Let's see Pam sitting in the chair with either 10p or £100 in her box and an offer that she doesn't even want to hear. I'm sure Geordie's £20 deal would feel less like bottling it if you then won 10p wouldn't dear.

You know, people like you really irritate me. Oh, and for the record, 'cockk' only has 1 k.

Pam B you're 100% wrong! To go to 2 box takes courage, and Geordie
avoiding winning 10p by dealing when he did.

And you should try playing the game after 48 (?) hours without any sleep!
