Better late than never - just updated this for September's total payout and average per show.

Monthly payout stats:

2005 - 52 shows - total of £956,760.10; average per show of £18,399.23

2006 - 291 shows - total of £4,595,303.18; average per show of £15,971.42

2007 - 288 shows - total of £5,323,178.71; average per show of £18,483.26

2008 as at 30/09/08 - 211 shows - total of £2,398,111.33; average per show of £11,365.46

Which means that so far the average per show across the whole of 2008 (as at the end of September) is considerably lower than that of previous years. :(

I hadn't realised quite how poor 2008 has been in terms of total payout per month so far. Only one month from 2008 makes it into the top 20 currently - and that's February, scraping in the top 20 at 19th position. 0 months from 2008 make it into the top 10!

Conversely, 9 of the months in the bottom half of the chart are from 2008 alone (so far). :|

Now updated to include the months of November and December 2008. The end of 2008 was considerably better than the rest of it!

March 09 stats now added in the first post. Despite Alice winning the £250k, several £20k+ wins and 2 £35k wins, March ended up at 3rd place in the "total per month" league table, due to several blue wins counteracting the mega wins during the month!

3rd out of 42 is still excellent though! :D

It would be interesting to do a yearly pay out data. 2009 must be a contender for No. 1 even if the remainder of the year
is average, hopefully the current trend will continue though.

I think there was a yearly payout data post somewhere! It might be in this thread actually...

Found it, thanks! It's amazing how poor 2008 was, but couldn't have asked for a much better start to this year though.

April 2009 saw a total payout of £429,751 over its 26 shows, placing it at 16th position out of 43. It started with a £50,000 win and finished with one!

The month had an average payout per show of £16,528.89, placing it in 18th position out of 43.

The full list of all the months can be seen here - viewtopic.php?f=37&t=7319&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

The tables in the first post of this thread are now updated to include September 2009.

If you only count months with standard numbers of shows:

September was the worst month ever, going by total amount paid and average amount per show!

Really didn't think September was *THAT* bad, but I guess most of the games going wrong were blue wins and deals for low thousands after gambles gone wrong, rather than in most of 2008 it tended to be poor early deals.

Me neither, didn't realise it was that bad payout wise. The games themselves (rather than the payouts) have been pretty good though, which doesn't always happen.
