No, Wokoman has given us a list of finishes that have NEVER occurred. Hence the fact £100k/£250k isn't on.

Hardly. The theoretical probability of any particular pair not having been seen in 315 games is around 25.5%.

(50 pairs represents just 21.6% of the 231 possibles.)
