I know that seems a silly question, but what I mean is if anyone knows the sum that has been most commonly won by deals only, and excluding deals for amounts that are also boxes, such as £10,000 and £20,000?

Someone's bound to have a record of it somewhere! My reckoning is it'll be either £7,500, £17,500, or £26,000, though I could be wrong!

By my reckoning, this is a list of the most commonly dealt amounts (and the number of times they've been dealt):

£25,000 - 24
£26,000 - 20
£18,000 - 18
£21,000 - 14
£8,000 - 14
£22,000 - 13
£12,000 - 13
£6,000 - 13
£14,000 - 12
£12,500 - 12
£16,500 - 11
£13,000 - 11
£4,000 - 11
£17,500 - 10
£17,000 - 10
£7,500 - 10

I only had a quick look so there may be some errors, but I'm surprised that £7,500, £16,500 and £17,500 aren't higher up the list!

A bit surprising to see four-figure amounts on there, as the targetistic nature of most players means they tend to Wakey it unless they get offered £10k+! I guess most of those would have been on blue/mid red final pairs where they didn't want to go away with next to nothing.

£26k had to be up there I guess, surprised not to see £30k on the list as well.

I didn't check for deals above £26k... so £30k may have been dealt quite a lot...

Well £25k fell under my radar, I didn't even think of that one!

Yeah there have been a lot of £25,000 deals...a fair few of them I remember quite vividly; Steff and Shaz being two said deals.
