Now heres a question for you statto's out there.
When do you think the 1000th show will be filmed and what date do you think it will be shown?
I ask this because I had a very strange dream last night and awoke with it still playing on my mind.
All the boxes contained a £1000, but there was an extra box.... box 23. My box I guess. I tried to see what was inside but couldn't quite manage it, Noel was running around the studio shouting
"he's gonna open box 23,OMG!"
everybody on set was nervous and the Banker phoned to tell me that this is the most important box he has ever come across and is contemplating the largest offer ever made on DOND.

Great to hear you've got a place on the show. Do you know what date Endemol have given for when you're going down to Bristol?

As for show 1000, I think it'll be recorded in around about December / January time and I think it'll be shown in spring 2009 - possibly about late March or maybe April.

I go down to film at the beginning of December, I don't like to be too specific, I'm guessing that some of the production team lurk around here and I don't want to give too much away, for fear of my identity being guessed.

I think I worked out the recording date of show 1000 a while back. If they return to filming on Monday 6th October, that will be show no. 915 or something... so the 1000th show should be recorded November 23rd IIRC. Don't suppose they'll be any chance of getting into the audience for that one, it'll probably have 150 or so of the most memorable players in it!

I think show 1,000 is around about 1st April isn't it? I believe they're having 2 week filming breaks when they start back, so it'll probably be filmed around December / January time.

Excel didn't do the first week correctly... I should've checked really. Anyway it's correct now (although it was only out by 1 show before) making show 1,000 on 1st April and not 31st March.

Was working it out myself. If they carry on at the rate they're going, DOND 1000 should be shown on Wednesday April 1st 2009 on channel 4.

On Channel 4, surely not!!!!!

Ok I realise the addition of channel 4 to the end of that sentence did sound a bit stupid as DOND has always been on channel 4 but people might have got confused and thought I meant repeats on More4.
