I know that a number of games fit that criterion, but only Original Jennifer's, Germaine's, Lance's, Theresa's and Orry's are the ones that stand out.

What is the probability of this situation happening. (Small red = £5,000 or lower)

How many games so far has come up with this configuration many and of those, how many have ended up being all or peanuts (small red or blue vs Power Five).

They weren't in the final 3, the final 3 were £10/£250 and £1,000.

That seems quite a high probability somehow even though it's right.
