I thought I'd set up a thread for this as the all red opening rounds thread was bumped. Here is a list of all the people that have had an all blue round.

Shell: 1p, £1, £5, £50, £250
Aaron: 1p, £10, £50, £100, £750
Khanny: 10p, £1, £50, £100, £250
Matt: 1p, 50p, £1, £100, £750
