I'm not watching it coz I'm at work, but I just got told by someone that Lewis Hamilton is out. Please say they were bullsh*tting!!!!!!!!

Hamilton is still in, just in 7th after being pushed wide by Alonso off the start. He's still champion until Kimi goes past Massa...

If Lewis was just one more place higher in the race...AAAARRGH!

Well with the exception of Ricky Hatton possibly becoming the world's most formidable boxer in December, I still think Lewis Hamilton has got a clear run-in for Sports Personality of the Year.

Not sure if I misheard at the penultimate race, but I think I heard that if Hammy and Alonso ties for 1st place Alonso would win on the number of races won. Not sure if (a) this info was correct and (b) if it would apply to 2nd place

MW and Williams under investigation

BMW Sauber and Williams are under investigation of the Brazilian Grand Prix race stewards, autosport.com has learned.

Representatives of both teams were summoned to the stewards' office after their cars failed post-race inspection at Brazil.

The problem is believed to be in the tempature of the fuel samples taken from the cars of Williams's Nico Rosberg and BMW Sauber's Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld.

The trio finished the race in fourth, fifth and sixth respectively.

Hamilton had four wins, five second places, three thirds, a fourth and a fifth.

Alonso had four wins, four second places, three thirds, a fourth, a fifth and two sevenths.

And Raikkonen had five wins, two second places, four thirds, a fourth, a fifth and an eighth.

After the race

Raikkonen has six wins, two second places, four thirds, a fourth, a fifth and an eighth. - 110
