What a stupid question Lenny Kravitz asked Alonso.

"What did you think of Lewis's performance in Malaysia?"

If I was Alonso i'd say...

"I don't give a *beep* about Lewis, i'm consentrating on my own driving, why should I give a *beep* about him.
*beep* off ITV with your stupid questions."

Why shouldn't a driver be asked about his team-mate's performances? It is a team sport after all. To give a football example, it's just as valid as asking Rooney what he thinks of Ronaldo's performance for example...

There's a big difference. Football player work together for a team, in F1 the two drivers ALWAYS want to beat each other, and 99% of the time, F1 drivers don't give a hoot about talking about there team mate and how well they're doing.

Another example came after the race. They asked Fern about Lewis and what a good race he had and Alonso just said a very quiet and pissed off 'yes'. Then the cut back to Rider and Barry Scott, and they just laughed. How dare ITV undermine a double world champion just so they can lick Lewis' arse.

Mark Blundell = Barry Scott? :)

This season is beginning to remind me of 2000 - a very close battle between Ferrari and McLaren, and nobody else winning a race (except possibly in freak circumstances). Nobody outside those two teams has even got a podium yet!

The main differences being IMO neither team has a significantly better driver line-up (I'd say McLaren's is a bit better, but not as much as Ferrari was with Schumacher), and there's a clear challenger to the big two in BMW, unlike 2000 where a different team seemed to be the third-best every race!

Really didn't expect a BMW to beat a McLaren , and you can't even say that this time it was becuase of a mistake! Heidfeld must be one of the most under-rated drivers ever!

I've always rated Nick since 2001 and he still hasn't really got a decent drive. A dark horse for Monaco I think.

PS, Kubica is rubbish.

I think I might watch Spain first.

I ment when Monaco comes along after Spain. Cos you don't have to be in the best car at Monaco to win. That was my initial point.

And just to prove how dramatic this race is, they've now stopped the race completely, until they've cleared all the car parks of F1 cars around the track.

42 laps in - COULTHARD THIRD!?!?!?!?!?

Wow!

Big disappointment for Raikkonen - he started the race on pole and is now well behind teammate Massa who is in the lead, and Alonso is second.

No sign of Lewis Hamilton anywhere near the front drivers...
