It's 0-0 at half-time and you have to admit, not been the best 45 minutes we've seen from England under Sven.

England were lucky not to go in 1-0 down at halftime, after John Terry's clearance off the line. Personally, I'd bring Rooney on - it'd lift everyone and that's what England need. They also lack that guile and creativity between midfield and attack, and that's what Rooney can do. Dwight Yorke is strolling in midfield, England aren't putting him under enough pressure.

Because I like the underdog, and think it would be much more of an occasion for Trinidad & Tobago to get to the next round than it would be for us. Not having a go at anyone who does like England, as I realise that's the majority (well duh, Daniel), but I don't see why I should be that bothered that they're from the same country as me!

And I'd much rather be in Trinidad & Tobago than England right now.

I totally agree. Not necessarily about this football match, but I get shouted at for hoping British tennis "sensation" Andrew Murray has a rather nasty accident and can never play again. I can't stand the guy but have to support him, apparently, because he's British.

finally England played some decent football. Even though it wsa only for 20 minutes & Sven actually made subs that worked. Good to see Wazza back in action shame he didnt score but at least he got to play

England got out of jail and in typical England fashion the media and the fans will overreact and let the two late goals gloss over ANOTHER bad England performance. That team has major problems and won't get close to winning this competition.

I want to see England go all the way in the tournament and win it, but they need to step it up a couple of gears.
