Is it just me or did the fight for last place die ages ago

I might just cling on to 14th place. At least I've got France's Barthez in goal, but haven't got any Italians in my team. I've got a couple of Germans and Portugeuse players for the third place match on Saturday, so I might just be able to hang on to my current position and avoid finishing in the bottom three.

Hopefully I can cling on to my position but I've been rubbish recently.

Lets hope Totti, Buffon and Gallas light up the final, and Ronaldo, Schweinsteiger and Klose dictate the 3rd place play off...

Assuming Shevchenko United don't change their captain to someone who is in fact playing tonight, and Andy's Blobby Wunderplayers don't actually just change their team, it's almost certainly between me and Duffer. If the two teams do change, it's a proper four-horse race, albeit with Andy as clear outsider due to the 23.5pt gap between himself and me.

I fear Kestral will catch me - heres hoping Totti pulls out all the stops tonight...

I can't see it being a particularly exciting game so fantasy points could be at a premium - so even with five in action tonight I can't see Kestral snatching this.

Well, it looks like I'll have to settle for third position. I'd have done so much better had I had broadband for the latter part of the competition.
