Anyone been watching this ?

Think the round of the day has to be Tom Watson......who at 59 years old....scored a 5 under par 65....which was the same score he got in the final round to win all of 32 years ago back in 1977......and he led for most of the day until Miguel Jimenez (the Spaniard who smokes cigars) came in with a 64. Tomorrow will probably just be the highlights on the "red button" after 8pm for me as back at work tomorrow.....but will no doubt see most of the weekend action.

Tom Watson had the championship in his hands...and had it snatched from him by Cink! What an epic moment in sporting history it would have been if he had won it!

It's a golf thread.... I've just been successful in the ballot for Ryder Cup tickets next year! Tickets coming my way... there is a second ballot sometime for anyone who wants tickets...

Memories of Tom Watson almost pulling off the impossible last summer are certainly being refreshed...he's joint-leader in the Masters!!

Fred Couples is still hanging in there for the oldies though - he's not far off, at 50.
Years old that is, not his score.
