Disappointed with the race today I even followed Mr C and fell asleep it was that boring, was saddened to see old Ruebens so far away all from a strategy change! Also not at all sure I liked the way Brawn "engineered" an effort at a win for Ruebens  surely as THE most experienced driver of all time he should be able to win for himself now? :ponder:
Was also saddened to see Webber on the podium grrrrrrr :smt011 although the fact that Ferrari are going backwards in their decisions is amusing: couple of qualifying cock ups, (in the words of Kimi) Carrrrrrrrrr trouble :-D and Massa almost running out of fuel heeheeheeheeheeeeeeeeee oooh I do like it when people can't just throw money at problems till they bury them!
Overall bit of a yawny race today but Monaco here we come!!! :smt023

Hah Toyota are having a paddy now.. they are not submitting an entry for next season with the current budget cap. Toyota spend £200m a season (5x the budget cap..) and still havent won a single race since they started.

I hate Ferrari but F1 would be worse without them... they are going to quit next year.

The FIA need a major rethink... Ferrari going would have been manageable but now Renault, Toyota and Red Bull have all put in ultimatums unless this budget cut is changed. There are apparently 3 teams ready to come in next year making 26 cars on the grid but now it could be down to 18... time for the Budget cut to be changed.

Twas a very odd qulaifying session... the time screens going down was brilliant! The drivers should have to work out the grid by themselves in parc ferme every week!

Fleipe Massa's crash was nasty and very odd. Apparently he has had surgery but is in a life threatening but stable condition.. very worrying. Felipe was always one of the best drivers on the grid and to loose another World Champion isnt going to go down well.

Newsbeat said apparantly he had his skull fractured in two places, which he should make a recovery from, and he has damaged his left eye which could put an end to his Formula 1 career. :(

Well he's at the very least out for the rest of the season, here's hoping we haven't seen the last of him!

Well pending a medical, the legendary Michael Schumacher will be replacing Massa until he is fit enough to return. Incredible!

He has no super licence though... so Ferrari have to fast track it through with the FIA (although as it's Ferrari I'm sure they'll be happy too oblige...).

Yeah I know! Just been reading about it!

His neck injury stopping him apparently...I smell something else is the real reason, like other constructors having face-on...

Brilliant news in that Fisi has been allowed to join Ferrari! Sheer passion alone well make him hard to beat at Monza and well anyone would be better than Luca Badoer propping the time screens up.

The last lap of today's race pretty much sums up Hamilton's season...yet another crash, and a podium finish cruelly robbed from him!

Briatore and Pat Symmonds apparently did make Piquet crash so Alonso could with the 2008 Singapore GP... they have both left F1 and Renault. F1 didnt need this.

There is a possibility of this race being void now and as Lewis finished 3rd and Massa finished 13th Lewis would lose his 6 points and Massa would be the 2008 World Champion.... hmmm.

Well done Jenson, what a star you are :D

I felt sorry for Mark Webber, he was the race winner and all the cameras were on Jenson :D

I think the next huge announcement will surely be whether or not we will actually have a British Grand Prix next year!
