Tim Henman rounded off his career today with a brilliant win.

Now it's all over for him; his professional career is over, but what a way to do it!

So that leaves the British Number 2 as...Alex Bogdanovic!?!?!? Literally leaves us with one decent Brit, and he isn't even English, he's Scottish! (no disrespect to Scots, I'm just claiming England has no real tennis talent left now!!!)

Anyways, it'll be different without Henman, that's for sure!

Thank god Andy Murray came along when he did otherwise Alex Bogdanovic would be it.

But I just have a niggling feeling that Murray is going to be another 'Grand Slam nearly man' like Tim but I really hope I'm proved wrong.

Tim has had his critics but I'm not one of them. A genuine world class player who hit 4 in the world twice and was respected and feared by everyone especially on a fast surface.

A great end to a distinguished career.
