Here's the way I'll do stuff:

Thursday/Friday: Post the upcoming fixtures
Saturday: Simulate the fixtures
Sunday (or Saturday night if I'm not busy): Post the results and scorers, and league table.

Oh dear, Bognor appear to be even worse in this league than they are in real life... (which takes some doing, I promise you). Still, I'm looking forward to our fictional trip to Old Trafford later in the season.

The referee's a watcher? The referee's a warbler? I originally thought you meant a Whanker without the H but then realised you used 5 *'s.

Red's right - I did mis-spell; most unlike me... :? ;)

Great sig, Blobby - here's hoping you can get away with the height of it! *fingers crossed*

Bognor are off the bottom thanks to Shrewsbury's abysmal goal difference, and they'll stay that way unless they get a seven-goal hiding from Plymouth tomorrow...

Saturday 1500 kickoff fixtures:

Brighton 1 (Robinson 26, Mayo Sent Off 44)
QPR 3 (Baidoo 8, 58, Cook 38')

Everton 6 (Beattie 6, 50, 51, Arteta 41, Johnson 60, 75)
Ipswich 2 (Macken 44, 72)

Newcastle 6 (Martins 16 (p), 41, 51, 75, 82, Milner 85)
Nott'm Forest 1 (Holt 47, Breckin Sent Off 31)

Wolves 1 (Bothroyd 9)
Sunderland 2 (Welsh 35, Stead 68')

Saturday late kickoff:
Tottenham 4 (Defoe 1, 14, 16, Keane 22)
Crystal Palace 3 (Morrison 26, 82, Granville 47)

Sunday's game:

Plymouth 6 (Djordjic 10, Norris 33, Chadwick 40, 66, Hodges 57, Doumbe 74)
Bognor Regis 1 (Holdsworth 56)

Shrewsbury stay at the bottom then, updated tables coming soon

You were tempting fate for a sec then, saying Regis would get a seven goal drubbing, and it was still a big scoreline!

Well, the new league table is up. Wolves, despite a 2-1 loss at the Molineux to Sunderland yesterday, climb a few places on goal difference. Bognor Regis are off the bottom, their place taken by Shrewsbury, given an 8-0 hiding by current leaders Southampton. Oba Martins rattled in 5 past Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace and Spurs gave us such a show at White Hart Lane.
