Here's a version of the game involving a single dice, an 8-box board and a game of opportunities.
Here's what the board looks like:
How to play:
The game starts with the roll of a dice, to determine the number of offers in the game. There can be at most the rolled number of offers in the game, excluding swap offers.
Once the number is known, for example 2 offers, then the banker decides when he wants to make them before the game begins.
Eg. With 2, he decides he is going to make an offer at 5-box, and one at 2-box. The player then opens boxes until the 5-box stage, and then receives his first offer.
An exception to the above is when the dice rolls a 1. When this happens, the banker can make the offer at anytime in the game, and can only make the one offer. The banker would let the player know after each box if he wants to make the offer then.
Offers are entirely optional, so the banker doesn't have to make any if he wants to. At least one box has to be opened by the player before he receives the first offer, and at least one after subsequent offers. Other than that, it's the same as Dond.
Here's the link to download the spreadsheet which makes the above image, which includes a place to put the offers just above the board:

I'd like to see a game played on the forum. Feel free to organise a game when you want to.
Edit: Updated board to be similar to Dond in-game. Originally the board was with custom amounts, image
