So, quite tricky one there. I'm looking for more than 2 replies but I doubt I'll be lucky....I#ve not had more than that since 2007. Ah well.

I would deal, 60% of losing £250,000 and then it would only be marginal improvement
or disaster.

On dilan04, deal, although the 40% chance of a six figure offer and the 10% chance of the £75k/£100k finish would be tempting. However, the drop on £15k/£75k would be enough to make me regret not taking £72k, and I don't think the extra £50k or so on £250/£250k or £15k/£250k is enough to make me go for it...

Wahey.....50:50 at the moment then.....I said No Deal by the way, and it really didn't pay off. My next offer was £6,900.
