What was the last offer, and the three sums of money you took out in the last round? That usually affects the offer at that point in the game!

EDIT: I'd say about £18,500

£50, £100 and £1,000 went and the offer beforehand was around £8k I think.

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Definitely £18,500 then! Or on that game something as silly as £18,450!

Aren't the offers based on what you predicted the offer would be? Because I had an offer that ended in "20" after I predicted the offer would be £20,000...

I thought they were based on your stress level.

I'd probably offer about £20,000 as well.

Well you'd need Vista to get really good offers then coz with the game so jumpy on my comp, I rarely manage to click on the hearts at the right time, leading to offers that could be significantly higher

I'm on XP and I'm quite good on the heart thing. You have to click just as they enter the big heart.

Hmm. I have vista home premium, and i can tell you that it makes no difference whatsoever. Also, vista doesn't make the game any quicker, or any less pink. And wedigtv - please get rid of the hour long intro that comes on with those two people, because nobody wants it and it is pointless.

For an average player, £25,000. For a weak player (Donna) I would offer £20,000. For a player like Paul.H, I would offer £32,000.

You do know that you can skip that intro before it even starts don't you.

Also, the hearts thing works quite well for me and the game runs reasonably smoothly on Vista.

I'd probably play it safe as the Banker at this point and offer a minimum of £20,000, possibly closer to £25,000.

Hmm.....i reckon the real banker would offer £26,000 here, or for a Paul H-type player probably £39-£44,000
