I probably would've dealt at 5 box as well. £17,000 would've been just enough for me to ignore the possibility of an extra offer if the £250k stayed.

Yeah, if I'd ticked the 'extra offers at 4 and 3-box...' thing under 'Preferences' (this was Aaron's version, again), I'd have continued. Same if I'd had the offer button; I'm willing to take the chance with one box, but probably not two and certainly not if I don't have that fall-back, as it were.

I honestly don't see the point in playing "one more box" on a board like that when you normally would have no hesitation in dealing. Sure, there's an 80% chance of avoiding the jackpot, but the offer won't go though the roof if you avoid it (it might go up to £23,000ish, maybe a bit less if the £3k goes), especially on the real show where the Banker knows you're likely dealing regardless of what he offers on a board that precarious. If the jackpot goes, however, you've crashed in a situation where you normally wouldn't have thanks to being swayed by the button. I'd rather just take the immediate offer and not have to worry about the button.
