Well I remember what I ate yesterday as part of my slob diet.

As some point in the morning I had a slice of toast

Then at about 2pm I had a pizza for lunch

Then in the evening I had two quarter pounder burgers, chips and beans, followed by a yoghurt.

Then I had a sandwich

Then a slice of toast

Spread throughout the day was 5 cans of Diet Pepsi

Diet pepsi is crap, you need Pepsi max my friend
