Except I don't appear to be able to get into the chatroom from the Christmas one, so if I want to, I have to switch to the normal one and then switch back.

I hate to admit it, but the boring subsilver one is better. On the christmas one, it's rock hard to try and tell if someone has posted or not. Everything looks the same! Whereas on subsilver, you get orange icons for new topics.
And christmas one is french. Dixiconnection?

They are the style of the forum that you can change yourself.
Eg. Sub Silver. The default one for this forum.
There is also a Christmas one.
You can change them in your profile.
