Yes you heard me correctly,

Next door I seen the Police outside and I seen them all go in the car with handcuffs on! :o

This was at about 1pm, there back now and they're going to Court soon as well

I live right on the estate next to our prison but never see anything happen :lol:

The police dont use handcuffs anymore exceot for people who might be violent!

They only use them normally in the Bill

And they wont go to court soon either, its a saturday :P
