Is there anyway to take still images from a DVD being played via a computer DVD player? I've got footage of me in the audience on DOND ( :lol:) and I want to show it to my friends!!

You could try playing the DVD, pausing it at the right place and then clicking the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.

I'm not sure if Windows Media Player captures the actual footage though.

PowerDVD allows you to take snapshots and paste them into Paint or another image editing programme!
