She's just been named most effective PM ever, I wondered what people thought of her, I suppose you love her or hate her. Did you have memories of her? Did she help or hinder this country?

Please be honest, I am neutral. I won't be offended!

I think I was around when she was still in power... I was born in 1987. When did John Major take over? Was it 1992 or 1988? Those two years seem to ring a bell for some reason... was she nearly chucked out in 1988? I don't really know, to be honest...

Margaret was PM until 1990, then john major took over, then in 1992 it became Tony Blair, who is still PM, but not for long. I'm surprised i know this, i wasnt even bon in 1992!!

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

I was born in 1988, so the earliest prime minister I remember is John Major. I remember watching TV on the 1997 election night - they had a Have I Got News For You special on BBC2, and then a sort of comedy election show for a few hours, in contrast with the serious election show on BBC1.

I think Tony Blair's planning a state funeral for Thatcher when she dies.

I was nearly 10 when she came to power & I always remember her famous speach outside 10 Downing Street.

Whether you liked her or hated her I think she was a very strong woman
