Remember the days when you always used to get up every morning when you were younger, to watch animals and plants forming from spheres? Or did you prefer going digital and watching strange looking animals talking, instead of repeating their names?

I used to play Pokemon cards when I was in Year 7, although I joined the fad a bit too late and by the time I got into it properly, everyone else seemed to be getting bored of them...

Anyway, I never watched Pokemon or Digimon on TV.

Pokemon cards got banned when I was in Year 3 in my primary school [too many fights over Blastoise] which was the year when they became popular. It remained popular for about 2 years and then everyone got bored of them.

I didn't ever watch either Pokemon or Digimon.

In my old school you weren't allowed to talk about pokemon, there were even NO POKEMON signs on the walls.

I wasn't into Pokemon cards, but everyone around me seemed to be... so I used to get people to give me the cards they didn't want, then I sold them for the princely sum of a few pence.

I therefore have fond memories of Pokemon despite not actually liking it.
