To follow on with the trend of extremely random and uncalled-for polls in this section, here's a nice simple one. Here we go then..

Coconuts or bananas?

Yes, a very hard one there indeed. You have 974 days to vote.

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Fig. 1.5 shows a thematic map of the study
area with the graffiti incidents marked. The
incidents are marked with a colour depending
on the size of the graffiti. The green area
depicts areas of derelict (or unused) land.
Unsurprisingly, the map shows that there are
larger numbers of graffiti, and bigger incidents
of graffiti, in areas of dereliction. This is due to
the fact that carrying out graffiti incidents in
these areas would be easier, as the areas are
not in constant use and as such, there is
probably no rush to clean the graffiti,
encouraging further incidents of graffiti.

No dear, you've got A LOVELY PAIR OF COCONUTS :-D :-D

(sorry Maud... :P )

A very nice insight into the world of graffiti, H. Yes, I suppose the risk then of graffiti in more derelict areas certainly is raised by a significant proportion - as can be seen when compared to statistics of graffiti numbers in more habited (habitable) areas of land. Tis a shame you haven't included Figure 1.5 itself, to give some idea of just how severe the graffiti is in these inhabitable places of dereliction. You don't happen to have a copy of Figure 1.5 on you, do you H?

We're currently building a website that celebrates graffiti.

The 7 or so instances of the word 'graffiti' in that paragraph made me want to share that with the group.

So then...we've got 36% going for Bananas, 18% for Coconuts, 36% opting for neither and 1 perverted individual admitting they're satisfied with both. Lovely jubbly.
