Why on earth would I, at fourteen years of age, be so totally utterly sad as to waste four years' savings on a piece of plastic that extracts (and doesn't give back) my imagination, instructs me to do this, that and the other, forces me to stay inside all day and robs me of my freedom and what little social life I have left?
I mean, I may only have a few friends (bearing in mind these are people who to me are as close as family), but I'm not a "geek" either - I mean, my IQ was recently tested at 99. That's 21 short of MENSA membership, by the way. But if I was to own a console, I would not have friends (or a life) - as the console would replace real people as my only friend, my total life. In playing consoles you are, as in many things, induced into a state of hypnosis. That's not good as, when you go to school or, even worse, the WORKPLACE......., your sole conversation will be regarding the console and nothing else. Consoles make you become an obsessive, strange individual and lower your popularity, ability and intelligence level by ten-fold - your wallet by considerably more.
I voted for "NONE". Thank God.
Jesus dude lighten up.
Yeah, you're right. If I'm meant to have changed into a happy, confident and all in all brighter new me, I sure am making a F-ing ....hash... of it already. But you've got to admit, I had a point.
