£20,000 is insanely generous for the board, and your Box 23 with £5,000 isn't worth anywhere near £20k even with there being no downside, so it's a VERY EASY DEAL for me at £20,000 + NO BOX 23. :D :-D

2, 4 and 9 would've been next, and I would've choose Option 5 for Box 23.
