We started in the way we mean to go on in Series 5 last night, as Dan had a fascinating and complex battle even when the board seemed incapable of providing one before winning (erm) £13,579.56. Entirely normal.

Now it's the turn of RONAN to take on this Banker! He's going to start his game the way everyone will start their Series 5 games - picking from 1-5 five times so The Configurator can hand him a player power, Banker power, two-way power, offer pattern, and money menu. We'll explain everything once we see it... time to pick those numbers so we can indeed see it!

Thanks to that, you get the benefit of a bonus wheel spin at the end of the game. Half the time, you'll gain a prize, ranging from a £6 bat soft toy to a £27,185 Honda e electric car. The other half of the time, you get a cash boost from 2.5% to 100%.

The Banker has control of whether you buy Box 25 or not. It's a weird one, too: 133.7%/110%/+£9,001/+£999/6.3%.

The one change to the board is a mixed bag. The £75,000 is reduced to £18,750, but we add half of the losses back in the form of boosts to the top five blues - each of which goes up by £5,625.
