This is a tough call.

The problem with one offer is the benefit to the other. £32k could theoretically be an AMO, whereas the £5k could potentially end up in 6 figures.

The £5k is slightly easier as I’m treating the 20% as a bonus, and I’d never take £5k on it’s own.
