Yours has more risk premium as with a 5/12 chance of activating the No Upside which might not end well at all there for you, and the No Downside doesn't leave much room for an uplift. However many dots you roll on that dice is the number of digits that will be removed from the LEFT of that offer, so roll a 1 and you're leaving here with a quid less than a quarter of a million! Roll a 2 and it's £49,999 and so on... up to rolling a six, which would just be £9...
