Unfortunately, your read was right that the Banker wanted to subtlety drive you on to a 10p win. Thankfully, one thing he can't account for is you keeping the £200k on the wings all the way to the end and forcing him to make a massive offer to ensure you don't swap.

Besides, it's hard to have too many regrets when you won
£88,000. :D
