Well... that was rather chaotic! :oops:

I think if we ever do this again, I'll make it so every house counts when building at all times (like I did in the end! ;) ), so there's a bit more of a dilemma over whether to build, as it's only really worth doing it at the end otherwise regardless!

Also, if you "Go to Jail", you'll just lose any money you currently have banked, or something like that! ;)

Perhaps increase the cost to build after dealing? That'd have to be done along with forcing them to build before seeing the offer, though.
