They've even got a similar guy who does the Alan Sugar bit! I.e. someone who acts "hard" and mean.

I saw the first two, but as it's shown on school nights I'm usually tucked up in bed with a book by then 8)

I keep meaning to record it but I never do. I can't remember the name of my favourite on it either :(

The British version is 100 times better than the American original. The American version is just a huge advert for whatever company they decide to advertise that week (for example the huge advert for Playstation this week).

Also, the boardroom scenes aren't anywhere near as good as the british version. It's always pretty obvious who Donald Trump is going to fire, whereas Alan Sugar normally teases with the contestants as to who is being fired.

It also suffers from the usual American Reality show problem of having to remind viewers who everyone is every time they speak on camera (presumably because americans have very low attention spans).

British one is alot better.

With most American programs it's so tacky and lacks class. The boardroom looks like a brothal and the opening credits are amazingly cheap looking.
Also you can't take Trump seriously with a dead skunk on his head.
Plus all Americans annoy me.

i think the music on it is a lot better, but the boardroom scene is slightly predictable as mentioned before

I've seen on youtube the Big Brother USA titles and the music makes you feel you're watching a soap.

Even me? :D

I have seen the UK Apprentice and I thought it was way better!

Every episode of the US version is the same: Task is an promotional campaign for some product Trump endorses, bicker, fight, Trump: "Dis is YOOOOGE!", win, boardroom, Trump: "YOWWW FOYERED!!!" Yawn.

Still, A Brit won the most recent season! :-D

I'm watching it. I think it's great. Please don't say who wins it though!!!!! I won't be able to watch the latest series now (I should have known not to read a thread about it  )

I like John, Kendra, and Alex.

I think it's Bryn or Bren however you spell it - the one with the southern accent. I quite like him.

Yeah it's Bren. He looks like an antiques dealer.
