I was wondering if anyone else had noticed, but the people on the end ALWAYS won.
Show 1 - Public voted - Paul Potts (performer 8)
Show 2 - Public voted - Bessie Cursons (performer 8)
Show 3 - Public voted - Connie Talbot (performer 10)
Final - Public voted - Paul Potts (performer 6)

It was not a fix.

They did it for ratings.

They put the knowingly-most popular act last so people would watch the whole thing.

Paul Potts was the most popular for show 1, and he was the last act on show 1. Craig Womersley and Bessie the Actress were the most popular for show 2, and they were the last acts on show 2. Same with Connie on Show 3.

It's all about stealing Ratings from BB

Craig the Baton Guy, Damon Scott or Bessie should've won. Opera is très dull.

The best on the night had to be between Paul and the Combat Breakers, I watched Paul during Dress rehearsal and the crew on the ITV1 show just stopped and sat down to watch it but they didnt with other acts, it was fantastic to hear him live.

The Combat Breakers were rehearsing every spare minute they had which is great to see, I was talking to one outside their dressing room (I was going loo not stalking them lol) and he was saying they needed to keep the vibe going between them and that they did.

I dont think it's a fix but if Connie had won people would have said that too.

I was glad Paul won, he deserved it more than any other with the possible exception of the Kombat Breakers who didn't do a lot wrong, but I reckon that if Connie had gone last she would have won.

I wanted Damon or Paul to win so im delighted out british public still has a bit of intelligence left and common sense came through in the end with Paul winning. Connie winning would have been the most insulting thing ever on us AND HER.

Well done voters for seeing sense.

I think it was actually the kid vote being split, otherwise Connie would have won it. It might also have been people rallying behind Paul to stop Connie winning it because I'm sure plenty thought Connie was far too young and a vote for Paul was the obvious tactical vote against it.
