YAYAYAY It came back last night and was as funny as ever! It really is the funniest sitcom being made at the moment. I love it!

I've never seen it before but as Brendan loves it we saw it last night.

Must say after the first half setting the scene the second half was hilarious!

Am looking forward to seeing the next series :D

I never saw the first series but after seeing Season 2 so far, I want to. One of the funniest shows around on TV right now, the guy who plays Moss (he was with the guy who plays the new boss in Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, another ace show) just makes every single line sound funny! Can't wait for the next episode!

Watched it for the first time last night, definitely could relate to the DVD spoiler bit - hate it when that happens - in fact, I've never fully recovered from my sister pointing at the transfer of Obi Wan that I'd just put onto the Star Wars battle scene, and saying, "He gets killed."

Arrrgh!

I've just seen Darth Vader, a bunch of stormtroopers, and a wookie, strolling casually thru the car park in the centre of town

Luckily, Darth was a lot less than 7ft tall, the wookie had her mask off at the time (in front of the kiddies!), and they were all heading in the direction of the brand new comic shop.

Was he still tall then? You can guess who I think might have been in that costume otherwise? ;)

About 5'10" I'd say, and rather barrel-chested, even taking into account the obvious.

BTW, something I discovered at a previous Darth signing, at the local library in the early 1980s - the stormtroopers have to be a lot shorter than him... so they're actually ladies!

They probably were ladies in the movies, judging by the way they were walking!

Anyway with THAT Darth...I always suspected ;)

Local news update, 2.20pm:

The invading Imperial forces have been banished by a formation group of middle aged folks dressed in loose clothing, gently slicing & punching the air outside the town hall.

Ever feel like you've stepped into an actual episode of The IT Crowd?

If you have Virgin TV on Demand, the first series is on there. If not, full episodes are available online.

The IT Crowd is great, I really started to enjoy it after my friend showed me the "0118 999 881 999 119 7253 scene". It's a shame Denholm died though.

Last night's show...

People who play tonsil tennis in public, especially at the dinner table: Nooooooooooooo! It's almost as bad as being dragged out of the kitchen and forced to join in the fun like everyone else or you won't be invited back...
