Good news, everyone!

The Friday Night Project WILL be back on Friday 25th May and will be on for FOURTEEN weeks! Yes, every Friday from the 25th May to the 24th August! WOOOOO HOOOOO! :-D  :smt026

Alan Carr said this on Jonathan Ross on Fri (20th April) and that David Walliams and Sharon Osbourne could be guest hosts in this extended 5th Series. So, who do you think should be the guest hosts for the fourteen-week long 5th series of TFNP?

Here are my suggestions bearing in mind I don't necessarily like all of them:

1. Fri 25 May - David Walliams.

2. Fri 1 Jun - Lily Allen.

3. Fri 8 Jun - Paul O'Grady (he was supposed to be on the 3rd series but had a heart attack and pulled out).

4. Fri 15 Jun - Sarah Jessica Parker.

5. Fri 22 Jun - Greg Scott (the legend of Quizmania and Price Drop TV really does need a big break and hosting TFNP would do it!).

6. Fri 29 Jun - Sharon Osbourne.

7. Fri 6 Jul - Jesse Metcalfe.

8. Fri 13 Jul - Roy Walker.

9. Fri 20 Jul - Cilla Black (she was also supposed to be on the 3rd series but pulled out at the last minute).

10. Fri 27 Jul - Boris Johnson (VERY off-beat, I know, but it would be hilarious!).

11. Fri 3 Aug - Melanie Sykes.

12. Fri 10 Aug - Nigel Harman.

13. Fri 17 Aug - Miquita Oliver.

14. Fri 24 Aug - Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.

What do you think? Post your suggestions here!

YAY! I love the Friday Night Project.

I really hope Paul O Grady does one...that would be hilarious.

And please, no Lily Allen doing one..

But mine were serious. If it makes you feel better, we could ditch Des Lynam and have the Statue of Liberty as a guest host instead? I'm sure we can come to some of negotiation?

Can't Alan Carr and Justin Lee Collins be replaced by the guest presenters? Then instead of the "guest presenter" being the "guest", they'd be the "presenter". Then Alan Carr and JLC can return as "guest presenters" and get some presenting tips from the real presenters...

Ah, TFNP. The best thing ever.

Don't care who's on it. As long as Lily Allen isn't, she's possibly the worst woman on the planet. Ooh, and I would hate Paul O'Grady too, he'd try to be funny like he always does. And he's really not. Also, I wouldn't like Cilla Black. No old people please.

I think that's all.

David Walliams = he's good on Little Britain but I don't like him as a person

Lily Allen = I really like her. She's not afriad to be who she is.

3. Fri 8 Jun - Paul O'Grady (he was supposed to be on the 3rd series but had a heart attack and pulled out).

Sarah Jessica Parker = meh

Greg Scott = urgh

Sharon Osbourne = she's the best!

Jesse Metcalfe = who?

Roy Walker = is that £49 Roy?

Cilla Black = I don't think TFNP is really her thing...

Boris Johnson = Who?

Melanie Sykes = meh

Nigel Harman = who?

Miquita Oliver = I like her.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May = that should be good.

He is/was (delete as appropriate) on Desperate Housewives.

little_monster wrote:

No, he is the legendary first host of Catchphrase. He hosted it from 1986 to 1999.

little_monster wrote:
Boris Johnson = Who?

He's a well-known eccentric Conservative MP and Shadow Higher Education Minister who's hosted several editions of HIGNFY.

little_monster wrote:

He played Dennis Rickman in EastEnders and is a heartthrob according to many soap fans.

As for last night's show with David Walliams, it was good but I didn't like the beginning with him, JLC and Alan dressed in corsets very much.

Was - he's not been in it for ages, last we heard he'd got married I think.

I've never really understood why TFNP is so popular. They use the same jokes every week.
