John and Edward performing! I'm suddenly getting flashbacks to Saturday/Sunday nights at the end of last year.

Did he win best performance for the regeneration scene? I thought he just won overall best drama performance for the whole show, but I could be wrong. :ponder:

Overall, they just showed the regeneration scene didn't they?

Great night for the show, yet again scooping their usual awards! Matt Smith and co. have it ALL to do if they want to keep them next year - no pressure lads!!!

I was shocked to see Loose Women pinch that award though! Thought Top Gear or at least Come Dine With Me would have been a far better choice!

The regeneration scene was just a clip from the show... Loose Women winning was a travesty but I suppose Top Gear viewers arent the type to vote and Loose Women viewers are. Come Dine with me deserves an award for being brilliant anyway...

Yeah sorry he won overall, the regeneration was the scene they showed.

That was one of his finest performances though.

Only one of the shows in the vote for Best Factual Show is on live 5 days a week and has been urging its viewers to vote for them relentlessly. No surprise that Loose Women won.

Definitely a worthy winner was David Tennant. Thanks to the colder weather I am enjoying wearing the replica trench coat my wife got me for Xmas. And Doctor Who, of course.

Agree that Come Dine With Me should be recognised now. The original series was produced by an old school friend of mine. It is great viewing although some of the entrants need a real slap at times for being annoying or measly in the marking.
