A sample of mine are:

Morgan Freeman
Tom Hiddleston (But not in the same way as the fangirls like him! )
Nicole Sullivan
Kath Soucie (Especially her famous line in 1996 - "Don't ever call me *blows ears back* doll! )
And a lot of other good actors that featured on cartoons

Not in particular, but Uma Thurman and David Carradine are fantastic in Kill Bill.

I do prefer actors like Jim Carrey, Ben Affleck and Adam Sandler, though...
