The new show in the pre-Deal (or No Deal) slot on C4, replacing 1,001 Things You Should Know.

I've seen a couple of editions of it so far, and I think it's a good show. I like the dramatic element of not knowing when time is up, and it's up a different time each time. Anyone else been watching this? :smt023

The prizes suck. In yesterday's show I saw someone win £925.
Otherwise, it's a pretty good quiz show.

I liked this, but Rory Bremner was a poor presenter.

It might have also been more exciting if even we couldn't see the countdown so we also had no idea how long was left.

I could counter, saying that teaches people the true value of money. Whereas Deal - Or No Deal ;) - often deludes those who play it into thinking "I will win £250,000 and anything less than that is absolute rubbish"; player in question goes on to win £10,000 and is massively disappointed because they didn't "win big".

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

This! Seeing people crying over a five-figure win, which they have done nothing to earn other than run around and act a prat for an hour, is one of the reasons I stopped bothering with DoND.

Would much rather see someone earn £925 and be content with it.
