Is anybody going to be watching the new series of BGT next week - ITV starting at 8:20pm.

I really can't wait. I love BGT, and I think Hassellhoff and McIntyre are going to be excellent judges. I think it's great to have judges with actual talent (comedian and actor/entertainer) to judge other actors, rather than a journalist and music manager. Hopefully it'll mean we get more variety.

Gonna miss Cowell though.

I'm certainly interested in BGT a lot more this year, I can't wait either :)

I am...especially given all the stories I've heard that Michael Sparetyre has literally taken over Simon's job as Mr Nasty; on one occasion he apparently reduced a young girl to tears!

Sparetyre? Witty. :smt023

I never had him down as the nasty one. I never had any of them pegged down as the nasty one, which made me wonder how they were going to do it. Is McIntyre sitting in the chair Cowell used to sit in or the one Morgan used to sit in does anyone know?

I'm interested as always, and am praying that a SINGER wins this year.

Hoping for a quality comedian or magician to come along this year personally. Something different. Or at least 1 really good dance troupe compared to the tons of mediocre ones we got last year.

Last year was the most varied of all of the Series, so there's high expectations for this Series

In the paper that I read, there was an interview with Amanda, and this is what she said:

She said that the Scottish audience were booing every single decision that the judges made, and that David was scared to push his button at first.

Scotland's auditions are being shown tomorrow.

That last one was really unique, guess wedding bells can be used for something else

Hmm, I'd say the only one with a chance of winning is the young singer who played the guitar. I thought he was genuinely fantastic, and despite the fact I don't usually like singers on this show, I like him.

The wedding bells was unique, but the song helped them. You can play "My heart Will Go On" on anything and it will sound wonderful. I can't help but feel the novelty will wear off.

The 2 dogs were excellent too. To train one (Gin, Chandi) is fantastic but 2 is much better.

3 very different acts and hopefully we'll get a bit of everything. Let's have a fantastic dance troupe, fantastic comedian, fantastic magician and a fantastic band and let's make this the most varied year yet.

P.S Michael McIntyre is a fantastic judge. Adding so much more entertainment that Piers Morgan. Hoff is cool too. Simon Cowell however is sorely missed.

W00p W00p BGT is back :-D :-D

From the first episode I liked Steven Hall (the man who did all the dance routines), the guitar player/singer and the wedding bell act at the end.
The new judge line-up is good too, but I think it would've been better if Simon cowell was still there...

Everything's better if Simon Cowell is involved. ;)

This week was much better, although;

- Grace needs to ditch Ned
- Pippa needs to ditch Buddy

2 great acts, 2 great women with great voices, ruined by a sub-par partner. Please get rid.

KB; I don't know if you're bored of dance acts yet, but you missed this fantastic son of a gun. Easily the best today out of some pretty decent acts:
