The new series of Big Brother has begun tonight. It isn't that popular nowadays - as shown by the fact that a thread for this hasn't been created yet - but I still like watching it.

My favourite housemates so far are Lydia (that bum!), Lauren, Sara and Adam.

Did think about starting a thread for it..... but nah.

As Deana was selected at random as the first housemate to enter the house, she automatically gained immunity from the first eviction, but had to nominate three housemates to face the eviction.

She chose Conor, Victoria and Lydia (:(). The eviction is this Friday. God help me if Lydia goes without me getting to see her properly.

I'm flabbergasted.

Can see Lydia going to be fair Willrelf, purely by how she reacted to her nomination. Saying that, Victoria I don't find to be particularly likeable. Conor should be safe.

Is it wrong to have the hots for Caroline? To me, she's the "totty" of the house this year. Sara, Lydia, Lauren and Ashleigh are all "typically" attractive, but there's something about Caroline...

In terms of the others, I also like Benedict. Seems like a pretty down to earth chap, despite his colourful life history.

Yeah I'll admit Lydia seems like the favourite to go due to her tantrums and all that. I just can't help but like her because she reminds me of one of my friends, so I don't want her to go. Agreed that Conor should be safe; don't care whether Victoria stays or goes to be honest.

I don't think Caroline is hot, but each to their own. Lydia, Lauren and Sara are the three most attractive girls for me.

I like Benedict as well, along with Adam. Also find Chris funny, and although I didn't like her at first, like Shievonne more now, she was funny with her impressions.

And Victoria has been evicted. Glad Lydia is safe for now. Another housemate is going in soon - there are 3 potential housemates waiting to see who has got the most votes on Twitter.

I pretty much stopped caring about this after BB3. Can't believe it's on 13 now!

I forgot to add last night that the new housemate that has gone into the house is Becky from North Wales. She went crazy and jumped in the pool as soon as she got in the house!

Chris and Arron were the two housemates up for eviction this week, and Chris has just been evicted. Would have preferred Arron to go but not too bothered with that.

Thought Chris would have been one of the favourites to win it, so this does shock me. Can imagine teenage girls will have voted to save Arron.

Yeah Arron is obviously gonna be popular with young girls so the result didn't really shock me.

I don't know...I can see people sending Lauren home for some reason. I mean both of them are in my Top 5 housemates so either way I don't like the result, but I'd probably rather see Benedict stay as I've got enough eye candy with Lydia and Sara - Lauren's just a bonus lol. But we'll see what happens.

Adam's guaranteed to be in the final + no one hates him = worthy winner.

My order of favourite housemates!

Shievonne - My favourite of the house, I don't really have any bad words to say about her.
Caroline - Very entertaining, reminds me of a less annoying Nikki!
Conor - I admire him being honest and not being as bitchy as some of the other housemates.
Becky - I loved her when she first came in but she seems a bit different now, I think the house dynamics changed her character. I like how she's willing to stand up to people though.
Lauren - I feel a bit sorry for her, she's been victimised for no reason and probably spends most of her time feeling like rubbish. That to the side I'm indifferent.
Deana - I can't work out if she's genuine or playing a game. I don't want her to get sucked in by Lydia though, which I can see happening.
Luke S - Good entertainment with Ashleigh but other than that there's not much going on.
Ashleigh - See above but swap "Ashleigh" for "Luke S"
Scott - He has his good moments but a bit meh really.
Arron - I like the fact he's a bit of a trouble maker but he is also a bit irritating.
Adam - He scares me a bit for some reason but he's alight, just hasn't done very much.
Sara - I can't say I'm a Sara fan, though she is quite funny when she gets drunk.
Luke A - I think he's got a gameplan (which is fair enough) but I find him also as perhaps the most dull housemate this year.
(Victoria) - I love how much of a fuss she kicked up in a few days, it would have been interesting to see what would have happened had she remained in there longer.
Benedict - He scares me a lot and he's very keen to push his views and opinions onto people.
Lydia - Very very irritating, I'm glad she is slowly starting to be found out although it's going to be entertaining to watch it fully unfold. My least favourite remaining housemate by quite a mile.
(Chris) - Says it all really.

My Opinions

Lydia - My favourite housemate for reasons already explained. Can see why a lot of people won't like her but she's too attractive for me to change my opinion of her.

Adam - At this stage he seems like a certain finalist because no one in the house hates him and he's a good laugh. If Lydia gets evicted (very likely) then I'll be backing him all the way.

Sara - Her voice is slightly annoying but she's a good looking girl and she's done nothing wrong for me so far.

Lauren - Was initially above Sara but her crying put me off a little bit and I've decided if any eye candy was to go, I'd rather it be her than Lydia or Sara.

Benedict - He's something a little bit different to the other housemates which I like and he comes across as easily likeable. Can see why some people would find him irritating though.

Shievonne - Didn't like her at first but she's done nothing wrong since she's been in the house and I actually find her quite funny.

Chris (evicted) - It was a shame to see him leave so soon but I wasn't too bothered. I did like him and find him funny though.

Luke A - He's another housemate who's done nothing particularly wrong, but then again he hasn't done a lot at all. I like him but I wouldn't notice if he wasn't there and don't mind if he gets evicted.

Conor - Likeable guy but he doesn't really contribute a lot to the house.

Deana - She's decent looking and has a great bum but I find her pretty boring and I get the feeling she's playing a game somewhat.

Luke S - Initially didn't like him and considered him arrogant and while he is still arrogant, he's grown on me and I don't mind him.

Ashleigh - She gets quite annoying and doesn't contribute much to the house, but she's alright.

Victoria (evicted) - She was good looking for her age but I found her very annoying and she appeared to moan about everything. Not too disappointed to see her evicted.

Arron - He does make the house fun with his pranks and general rebellious nature, but he's too arrogant and I'd like to see him get evicted soon.

Caroline - Don't like her at all - she's spoilt and isn't happy if she doesn't get what she wants. Her voice also gets on my nerves.

Becky - Initially thought she was ok and laughed when she jumped into the pool immediately after getting into the house, but since then she's gone down in my opinion. All she does is eat and then moan about her weight - pointless.

Scott - I don't know what to say other than I just don't like him... It may have something to do with his sexuality admittedly but I don't dislike all gay guys as long as I find them funny...I don't find Scott funny.

So Benedict is indeed out.

As I said before, I'm now aboard Team Adam.

We saw tonight how hated Lydia is with the chorus of boos after Brian talked about her birthday, it's a shame for me personally. As soon as she's up for nomination, she'll be gone unfortunately. :/
