Anyone else watching it this time around? What do you think if you are?

IMO, Lord Sugar has called it right every time so far. Even I've been able to guess who's going!

Who's going to win is a different matter however. I'll leave that up to you lot.

Have to agree with you unclekevo. Liz is tops for me but Stella is a good second with Joanna very close third as the interviews loom. Mind you I felt that although not always strong in the shows, Laura came across very well on You're Fired. She is pretty and obviously very committed and I hope she goes on to do well after the show finishes.

Liz to win. Although the quicker Stuart The Brand goes the better.

I don't think any of the males have a hope in hell of winning. I think Joanna will win or maybe Liz. Someone in Digital Spy Forums saw Joanna out shopping and she has a nice car ;-)

Joanna is by far the best IMO, Chris messed up badly with the 20% on all sales including merchandise and drinks.

I am shocked that Sugar actually believed that the 20% of everything was not a blind offer and that Chris was hoodwinked and hopeless in the face of the ticket sales people. In the finale he was very shady about whether it was a gaff or a deliberate ploy so everything in the footage we have seen points towards it being an error which fortunately paid off. We didn't get to hear the full break down and discover whether the sales people got the major part of the business due to the high return they were promised. Then he got rid of Liz over Stuart because Stuart did the "Mini-Me" bit, which Sugar at least had the grace to admit was a mistake, but then he should have recalled Liz to interview as a twist in the show which would have made perfect sense. Sugar made the same error years ago when he let Miriam Staley go even though on the task he fired her he admitted she could "sell sand to the Arabs!" Did like his praise of Joanna even though he let her go and I hope she does well in the future, she seemed to learn a lot from the process. Stella had to win as explained above regarding Chris. For an investment banker he didn't show much monetary sense with that 20% deal even if it did pay off, Joanna and Jamie's reaction said it all.

Bring on next year …………
