It's almost amongst us again!

It starts on Saturday!

Four judges now, is gonna make the competition a lot harder - good luck to Dannii Minogue!

And of course, the legend that is, Dermot O'Leary is presenting!

Ah, the presenter of my series. The first 4 or 5 episodes are great with the rubbish singers...

Apparently he wanted a change, and he did boot him - then he came crawling back wanting him to stay!

I always knew he loved him!

oh great another series of FIX FACTOR.

Only the auditions are worth watching , after that the judges have already decided who they want to win.

4 categories now instead of 3!!! the 14 - 25 year olds are split into guys and gals!!! Wonder who Dannii will mentor? Louis should have the over 25's as he has not coached this yet and Shazza should have the groups for same reason!!! Sharon should win as she is only coach not to win yet!!!!

Dannii as well, remember? But yeah, ITA.

So be honest everyone - would any of you have the cajones to go on The X Factor?

I tell you every year is a nightmare with the X Factor. You can hardly hear the auditions because of my dad and uncle taking the piss from Louis, and then we all bet on who will win.
Don't like Dermot O'Leary though, Kate may not have been the best, but she certainly produced some good eye-candy.

You do realise that the auditions are fixed as well don't you?

My mates cousin went to an audition last year and had to sing in front of three producers first, only to be told that she wouldn't be singing in front of the judges.

The producers simply pick the very best and the very worst for the auditions and then some in between but not everyone.

My Mum auditioned years ago, yes you do it in front of producers but thats mainly because you get sooooooo many people turn up and the fact that it is a tv show so they need the rubbish ones to be the best at being rubbish and not just some boring loser.

I love X Factor so shall tell ya what I think of it now it's started back.

This show needed Louis Walsh, I never thought i would want him back so much, the first bit of the show was sooooo crap.

Not feeling the Danni love and not liking the new category much either but otherwise all is ok.

This Saturday better be better

I do know this actually since my friend auditioned and he told me all this...
I think its really quite cruel to be honest they give the bad people a false hope ready to enjoy simon slaughtering them for entertaining prime time tv talk about exploitation.

I'm not a huge fan of The X Factor but I do occasionally watch it. I have to say it's much better with Louis Walsh, I agree with Maud that the first episode without him wasn't great. If DOND's on at the same time as X Factor, then I watch DOND... obviously.

I'm not sure if having the minimum age being 14 is a great idea... I know they used to get quite a few young ones pretending to be older and even if they had good voices and were good all round, they had to be chucked off for being under-age. There was a reason they had an age limit that was above 14 and that was because people of such a young age probably can't cope with it all.

There is a young lad I saw (not sure how old he is... I'd guess 15?) whose voice doesn't even seem to have properly broken yet. I don't know the ins and outs of singing whilst your voice is breaking... but surely his voice will change in only a year or two's time and he may end up sounding different? Not sure therefore it's good to have such young ones on the show, breaking voices or otherwise... especially as this one I saw (and others as well) didn't seem to be able to cope with the pressure of it all. He reminds me a bit of another boy called Sean (I think) from last year... who was similar to him - he had a good voice but he was terribly nervous which I think is what let him down.... :(

That would be Luke you are referring to

He would not have been able to cope with the live shows, think it was fair that he wasn't put through or he would have publicly disintegrated

Travesty that Dominic didn't get through and that Rhydian did

The show is apparently fixed though - the all-girl group in Simon's category have apparently been told by Simon "You will be Christmas No.1"

But I do think the brother and sister are awesome, even though slightly annoying lol!

I soooooo agree.

Oooh i shall tell ya what I think of them all.

Danni's group

Andy Williams - Oh my lord I think I am in love, he is stunning, simply stunning and his voice isnt too bad either  . I can forgive him for being Welsh.

Leon Jackson - I'm glad he got through, I think he can might do really well in this competition.

Rhydian Roberts - What was Danni thinking? He is 24? If he is 24 I am Divvys Mum.

Sharons Group

Alisha Bennett - I love her hair, I sooo want it. She had a lovely voice and I think she will be one I will like for a while.

Kimberley Southwick - Seriously Sharon, are you mad? I like her voice but she is not the full ticket, plus far too much eye makeup and none of it waterproof, tut tut.

Emily Nakanda - hmmm... I kinda like her but she seems so soooo dull, IO prefer the 14 year old with the braces.

Simons Group

Same Difference - WTF is up with Simon? Respect is lost for that man. They are far too nice, no one is THAT nice all the time, I wanna see them have a huge diva moment.

Futureproof - I kinda like them, I think the 3 black boys should have got through though, I thought they done a much better job.

Hope - I'm glad CC has gone, she was horrid but I really think the other girl group were better. Theres no way these are gonna win X Factor unless they really step up their game.

Louis Group

Beverley Trotman - I like her, kinda reminds me of Brenda who was fab fab fab.

Niki Evans - I really like her and she has the lead of the other over 25's for me.

Daniel De Bourg - Seems ok, I think Louis put the right ones through.
