Banker vs. Accountant Challenge

At every stage of the game, I will make an offer to buy the box from the Banker immediately after he makes his offer and I make my decision, and he then decides to Deal or No Deal my offer. He also gets his own offer button to use when he wants.

Whoever did the better Deal in the main-game wins the challenge. If I win, Box 23 will have no downside, and if HALF or NOTHING are in Box 23 my main-game winnings remain unchanged. If the Banker wins, Box 23 will have no upside and if I pick DOUBLE or JACKPOT my winnings will remain unchanged, though finding the jackpot will still reset it. The Bonus Box rules will remain unchanged.
