Dear David nice to hear from you. Bryan and I have been busy Decorating----again you will say--well yes the Bathroom got Flooded AGAIN--never happend in all our married life then it happens TWICE in 6 months. Bryan has had to replace the Laminate flooring downstairs and the Bathroom Carpet. That might make him   :lol:a bit more carefull. Not only that but he has had to do most of the housework since I have had my new Hip.

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU ALL OUT IN COMPUTERLAND?? Cheers to you all for the moment. Roll on the Good Weather.
Best Wishes Pat and Bryan xx

Everything is fine here in Divvy-land!

I've just come back from a good few hours down the pub playing a few good games of darts. It was certainly a fun way to help pass the time! :P

Anyway, same here; here's hoping the snow clears soon! xxx

Hi Maud what's the News . I suppose you are driving around like a Mad thing,or are you keeping off the road at the moment. How do you like driving now that you have passed your Test. Are you glad you learned. I haven't driven for about 6 years. (I think they call it Lazyness) I leave it all to Bryan   :laughing. Hope you are well Maud and your Dad. I have just sent off an email to our friends in Australia we know the places where the fires are,we used to live in Melbourne many years ago. The fires are not many miles away from them . God help them. We shouldn't complain about the Snow, should we. They are also saying that some people were involved in starting them .Can you believe something like that? Keep well Maud and keep in touch. Regards Pat

Hi Pat,

Again very sorry for not replying sooner, had more exams in January (including a 10 hour IT exam!) so have been hiding away for a while.

I finish my A-levels in June and then shall hopefully be getting a BT Apprenticeship to study for a foundation degree in IT for 2 or 3 years whilst paid, and then further it to an honours degree if I choose to do another year's study. Also a guaranteed job after the apprenticeship, so it sounds good.

I also am due to be making a stock control database for a hairdressing company, I'm meeting with the owner on Wednesday so that will be a good thing to put on my CV and to earn some money too :)

So that's basically a summary of what's happened (and happening) whilst I haven't been posting :-D

How are you and Bryan? I'm going to begin some gardening in March, Aldi are selling some gardening things on their Thursday special buys, so I might go and buy some stuff. Maybe you can suggest a few things for me to grow :-D

Steve.

Hi, Pat! Long time, no see. I hope everything's going well with you and Bryan. Hope you enjoyed Valentine's Day as well. Everything's going well for me over here in Canada. Spring Break starts next week, which means I get a much-needed break from journalism school. That's all for now, I guess. Hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Steve thank you for your post. I will answer you soon. At the moment you and I are as busy as each other. We are having to have a new flat roof on our extention and are in the process of getting Quotes. Also our windows need doing, they have been done about 12 years and need doing again :eyes: :eyes: All these things seem to come together. You asked about plants to start with. Well tomatoes are pretty easy and you can start the seeds off in the house . Does your Dad have a Gardening book at all that you could look at. It's all very easy a bright young fellow like you will find it a Breeze as they say. Regards and best wishes for the moment. I will write again soon Pat M.

Hi Pat

I am driving everywhere and love it, me and Dave sometimes argue over who will drive haha, I tend to win.

My step mum has family in Melbourne that lost their homes due to the fire, it's not very nice but some idiot started it yeah, some people just are stupid and cruel.

Hope your extension goes well, Im slightly worried about what kind of plants Steve is growing, I do hope he isnt wanting to sell them on :laughing

Dear Maudy do not be Naughty about my Steve. He is one of the good Kids. I know you are only Joking Maud :-D :-D It's a great Hobby though. When I came home from living abroad I used to read a (no smart Cracks Maud)Gardening Book every night when I went to bed. I was Gardening mad. When you get to my age, 32 , you find it much harder to garden. I have the most beautiful Greenhouse that Bryan made for me, But we have filled it up with Rubbish (but that's a story for another day) :-D :-D :-D :-D
Bye the way who is Dave?,I never heard you mention him before. Love Pat.xx

Hi Steve, here I am at last. The best things to grow are really Tomatoes and Runner Beans . They are pretty easy. The Runner Beans were a £1 a lb. last year and the year before. :-D :D Don't ask me why. They are so easy to grow. Do you eat Runner Beans in your Family. I didn't till Bryan started to grow them and now I love them. It's good to grow them up against a wall on Bamboo canes. You also need to prepare the ground ie put down some Fertilizer. Your Dad will tell you about that.Good luck Pat .
