You've forgotten the most vital part of her game...

THE BANKER'S BIRTHDAY!

Susie was lovely. I remember having a barbacue on the day of her game.

13th May 2007 marks a year since Max played with box 18, after 24 shows on the wings. Her opening offer was £8,800, but her second offer reduced to £2,200 as she found the £250k in the second round. Her third offer increased to £5,500, which she no dealt... only to hit more high numbers and have the next offer of £3,300, which, again, was no dealt. After an all-blue round, she dealt at the offer of £7,700, and after removing the high numbers in proveout, she had a hypothetical offer of £4,400 on a £500 vs £15,000 board, and had £500 in her box.

Max’s game contained some odd moments – including her kneeling down to do meditation, resulting in a joke banker’s offer of "2 WEEKS OF THERAPY" - and just before Max dealt, she phoned her own banker... on her pencil sharpener. Yes. At the end of the game, she also produced a chocolate bar from her pocket for Noel, which had on it the lettering "I BEAT THE BANKER!" - well, she didn’t really as her peak offer was her opening offer. But still. Yes.

Max's game was, well, strange... she was certainly attention-seeking, and I think what turned a lot of people against her was the way she interrupted the conversation between Noel and Stevie during her game. The other things such as the "mobile phone" and the chocolate bar were rather bizarre - let's just say she got one of the most mixed reactions of any contestant we've seen!

After today, May 13th is definitely the day for controversial shows on DOND!

15th May 2007 is one year since Simon's game! He played with box 15 after 24 shows on the wings. After hitting the £250k and £75k in the first round, an opening offer of £5,000 wasn’t bad!

His offers never really climbed high in the early stages of the game, due to big numbers going in each round, and consequently his second offer was £7,777, followed by £5,600, £4,500 and £2,100, all of which he no dealt.

However, he managed to then pull out a much needed all-blue round and was left with a board of £1,000 vs £35,000 and dealt for the peak offer of his game - £13,000! He did however, have £35,000 in his box! :(

Tan played a year ago today after 21 shows on the wings. He played his game accompanied by box 20, and after a good opening round and an offer of £7,400, he hit the £100k and £75k and his second offer was just £2,000. Despite hitting the big one in the next round, his offer recovered to £4,700, which he no dealt.

But then Tan managed to hit another big number in the next round, meaning his offer fell to £1,700, which was no dealt! :( Luck was not with him, and after another bad round, his offer fell again, to £1,020, which he also no dealt.

After hitting the only red left on the board – the £35k – Tan was left with a final two of 50p and £5 – and a final offer of £1.99, which he no dealt! He didn’t even go into the hall of fame as the first 50p winner as he won £5! :(

This time a year ago, 17th May, it was of course the turn of Sarah in the Crazy Chair. She played with box 12 after 33 shows on the wings (although some of these were missed due to illness [although Daniel will argue with that! :P]).

She had a very good opening round and an offer of £9,005, but her luck faded when she hit the £75k in the next round and her second offer fell to £4,000. Despite hitting the £35k in the third round, her offer was £15,000 and she no dealt! The fourth round was a round of extremes – hitting the 1p, £250k and £100k, resulting in the next offer being £5,000, which was also no dealt – as was her next offer of just £1,500 due to hitting even more big numbers! :?

However, she managed to pull out an all-blue round and was left with a final two of £500 vs £20,000 and an offer of £6,000, which she dealt!

She did, however, have The Rock aka £20,000 in her box!

I can't say I remember her... there was a forum member who was obsessed by her, but I don't think they post much nowadays.

Sarah was nice enough, but a little overrated perhaps.

And my Grandma's 67th birthday, too! (that's not totally off-topic cus she's a pilgrim in a show that goes out in July)

Sarah was great looking at the classic repeats lately. Her high point had to be her rhyme in Morris' game!

I remember Sarah, but cant remember her rhyme from Morris's show. Must admit (please dont shoot me Daniel4389  ) that my first thought on seeing the current Pennie was that we had a double for Sarah on the show
