Noooo.. really feel for him... he was prepared to take the risk and it didn't pay off :(

Bless him, looks like he really enjoyed playing the game though so fair play to him! 8) :-D

Penny O'Grady wins viewer competition!! :smt043

Someone shoot the director, we had to hear it from Noel what he won, not with our eyes. Didn't expect that sort of game. :(

1p

I don't believe it - a third member has joined....

That was more tragic than Nick and Trevor's experience...a distinct possibilty of winning big money, it's always the risk.

Again I probably would have just accepted £7,200

Fair play for Fadil's bravery and he and his wife seemed to take it rather well.

This 1p game had it both....The modesty of Nick's and the tragedy of Trevor's, I will certainly remember this one after a while.

Bad luck Fadil.

Well, if £7,200 wouldn't be a life-changing amount then why not go for it, you're getting virtually 4/1 odds on a 50-50 shot - what bookie or casino would offer that?

It was a good game, and that was what mattered to Fadil, so congratulations :-D

oh dear :? that's the gamble. I thought the banker could have offered at least £9 or 10,000 though. 3 offers of 6,100 and the third 1p winner today on Good Friday of all days. But after darkness comes light and new life, so I hope we have a better game tomorrow- it would be nice to see someone win <img src="http://www.geocities.com/7life/250.gif">

3 1p games now, and all TOTALLY different from each other, in terms of atmosphere and how they unfolded.

Just says it all about how good this format is, it's just never predictable (unless you read the spoilers!) and every game is unique.

Personally, I still think Trevor's 1p game was the most tragic, but this was unfortunate to say the least. Fad had a knack of taking out a big number in each round, and in the end this forced his hand with low offers throughout.

Atmosphere not as bad as after Trevor's game, Fadil took it rather well, which shows to his credit that he had had a fantastic time on the show and that was the main thing!

Final irony was that someone called Penny won the viewer's competition!!

Bad luck Fad mate.
