Interesting that Eric says No Deal while the others say Deal. I presume Eric's looking at the mean and the others at the volatility.

I'd No Deal, though it might not take much more to get me out. £4,000 would be a marginal call.

That was a popular decision says Noel, but was it the right one...

Next round

18 - £3,000

17 - £50 Big cheers
Noel pleads for the £750 now... I think the rest of us are pleading for the £1,000!!!!!

21 - £1,000 BIG CHEERS

Banker time with £750 and £35,000 remaining

YESSS! I have this fantastic feeling that she has £35,000 in that box!

Reasons:

A) £750 on the table yesterday

B) Power 5 amount hasn't been on the table in ages

C) 22 had £250,000 yesterday. The probability of it having 2 huge numbers in a row, although its always 1 in 22, is lower in my view.

NO DEAL! £8,000 on a £750/£35,000 board is terrible in my opinion! I know we've had lower offers on those boards but even so!

Noel points out 2 things... Sam was brave to turn down the £3,000, and £8,000 is a big jump from that, and what are the chances of £750 being on the table 2 days in a row...

Sam says

NO DEAL

As with the last one, that is just about low enough to make me go for it. I'd have offered £10,000 myself. I think that would have been my tipping point too.

Sam's fiance is in total shock at her decision.... Sam says she came originally to win the £250,000, and once it went she just thought about going all the way...

The banker calls back and offers the SWAP

Sam says NO SWAP

She was really brave and took a risk (but not foolish based on the stats) and it unfortunately just didn't pay off.
