Near enough. £12,800-£16,600 is the range for this offer. I reckon £18,000 though.

And it goes essentially in line with expectations, with one of the top four accompanied by a low red and a blue.

£17,800-£21,400 the range, and £20,000 I expected here... ooh, a bit more then.

Range of £20,500-£26,600 right now. Take out a blue or the £1,000, and the upper limit storms past £30,000; hit the big one, you're into four-figure territory.

If this is over £32k I'd consider dealing!

Offer range: £23,300-£30,300.

I'd take the offer at the bottom of that range with barely a one in three chance of keeping both. It's at the top end of the range, so KP-shaped hole in wall time.

He should think seriously about that. If he says 'no deal' and hits one of the top two, he'll struggle to get that again. He could get lucky, but there's a big gap down to £10,000.

How many times do you need to ring back?

£30,000 is good, but I would still carry on with the two biggest still there.

Alain says he needs to seriously think about this. The banker calls back and asks to speak to Chiara again!! Noel calls her out to the pound table and she chats with the banker, she then hands the phone back to the banker and tells Noel that he will explain it all to him.

The banker amends the offer to £30,000 + a kiss!!

But he doesn't say the kiss is from Chiara!

Alain says he needs a little more information and Noel agrees...

The banker calls back and confirms that the kiss will be from Chiara :D

Noel tells Alain to concentrate on the money...

Alain says

DEAL
